Get your goods moving on shelves worldwide

You focus on making good products. Which country, which seller, how it ships and when the money comes back — we work that out with data and then make it happen.

We judge ourselves by three numbers

Published every month, good or bad. "Moving" means at least one real overseas order within 90 days of listing.

What stops you is never whether you have the goods

Five things — leave any one unsolved and your goods stay in the warehouse

1

Wrong market

The same product is a must-have in Russia and dead stock in Southeast Asia. Your customs history tells you nothing about real sales or price bands abroad.

2

No sellers

Buyers abroad are not short of suppliers — they are short of new products worth testing. Most of what reaches you is one-off enquiries, rarely a channel that keeps buying.

3

Cannot ship

Sellers want "order today, in the warehouse in three days". Without local certificates and stock abroad, you cannot take the order even when it comes.

4

Cash tied up

Export terms run 30–90 days. Sellers only dare small trial orders, so your cash is tied up and you never get the volume that would spread your costs.

5

No team for it

An in-house cross-border team needs languages, platform know-how and an ad budget — a fixed cost most manufacturers cannot make pay.

Your product passes five gates, from listing to repeat order

Every gate has a clear bar. Fail it and we stop you spending more on that product.

  1. 01

    In pool

To pass: complete data. Incomplete products do not enter the pool.

You submit the product data and send a box of samples; we review compliance and certification, open a single product file, and confirm price and lead time.

  2. 02

    Graded

To pass: at least one A-grade market. If there is none, we hand the product back to you.

We hand you a report: market ranking, suggested price band, potential rating and a competitor scan.

  3. 03

    Matched

To pass: at least three sellers in talks. If it does not take, we suggest swapping the product.

AI shortlists sellers, a selection manager reviews and ranks them, then targeted offers go out; offline sessions fill the gaps.

  4. 04

    First order

To pass: a first order within 90 days. If it runs over, we review it together or take it down for now.

We get the certificates done first and stock the overseas warehouse; the seller picks up locally and your first overseas order lands.

  5. 05

    Repeat

To pass: a repeat or follow-on order. Once it repeats, the product has proven itself.

The same seller reorders, or new sellers join. The product moves into standing stock and the distribution pool.
