The four regions do not open at once. Phase one goes deep on Russia and Central Asia, where we already have the entities, certification routes and channels to actually ship your goods. The others follow once the first batch proves out and sellers ask for them.
Coverage is a plan. Actual sites and opening dates follow what has been signed; which certificates you need depends on your category and the target country.
